Frequently asked questions

  • Our regular rate is €149 per hour. Yearly members get a 20% discount on all consultancy services. Our goal is to provide you the most cost-effective solution and we will always make you an offer that suits your needs and budget.

  • Yes we do!

    These projects require a great deal of expectation management however. We therefore require time to prepare and understand your scope, as well as making a clear milestone planning for payments and the work itself. Contact us to discuss terms.

  • Not per se.

    We have standardized consultancy agreements that are used for expectation management, which include the scope, guidelines, planning, budget, responsibilities etc. This document can be signed upon request but this is not required from our side. We do ask for 50% payment upfront when the assignment is agreed upon.

  • Upon agreement, we require 50% payment upfront and 50% at project finish. We will start the activities once the upfront payment is received. The project finish date is typically set at a fixed date as to not exceed planning and lower risk for both parties.

  • We provide verification services through our preferred partner Normec Verifavia.

    Their Shipping Emissions & Performance Business Unit delivers essential independent verification services for maritime regulations, including EU MRV, UK MRV, IMO DCS, CII, CSI, EU ETS, and Fuel EU Maritime.

    Any project can be verified by Normec Verifavia but will be done independently as a separate scope on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for clarifications.
