Sustainable Ships built three e-mobility tools for sales, exploitation, and energy analysis
Over a period of 6 months, Sustainable Ships built three dedicated tools for Equans:
A sales calculator for EV charging infrastructure;
An exploitation calculator to translate an investment into an ‘As a Service’ proposition for the client;
A “depotanalysis” tool for configuring and calculating integral solutions to overcome grid congestion challenges on the client’s home depot.
The tools will be used to provide budget quotes and estimates with a client on the spot, and for first-stage internal decision-making for investments. They will help Equans e-mobility streamline their budgeting process, saving them precious hours and reducing request-for-quotation time. The resulting tools are easy to use and understand for everyone: even managers can work with them.
Sustainable Ships’ guidance gave Equans full control over their data and calculations, providing them with the tool-building skills and keep the tools - forever. No future risk or costs involved!
