Our Plan

What goals do we set in the coming year(s)? About our roadmap and targets.

No battle plan survives first contact with the enemy. Experimentation, combined with speed of execution trumps perfect plans filled with all kinds of assumptions. Planning is still essential however in order to determine the targets (and resources) required to achieve the goals. Our plans are thus not to be followed to the letter, but used as a guideline for our organization and to clarify decision making to our crew as well as the rest of the industry.

2025 Targets

• We build 2 tools per month

• We make 4 contents per month (1 per week average) based on member feedback or user input

• We organize 2 Q&A sessions per month to actively engage our audience and grow a community for recurring business
